2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No. 222 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that he is said to have eloped with a minor girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 23.03.2023, he is quite innocent and has not committed any offence.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the allegations levelled against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49988 of 2023(2) dt.19-08-2023 2/2 petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-1st Patna City /concerned Court below in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No. 222 of 2023.
