The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

Six miscreants stopped the truck of the informant and took away the loaded truck along with the cattle. The truck was intercepted and on chase two miscreants Md. Mustakin and Nasim were apprehended. The apprehended accused persons disclosed the name of the petitioner and other accused persons. The petitioner was not apprehended on the spot. Similarly situated coaccused has already been enlarged on bail. Even the accused persons who were apprehended on the spot have already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6249 of 2014.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41634 of 2015 (2) dt.11-09-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati at Gaya in Sherghati P.S. Case No. 350 of 2013.
