JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 50 liters country made liquor are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 12.08.2015 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Case No. 116 C3 Ex 2010.
