Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though the victim has alleged forceful kidnapping by the petitioner and others, however, she has alleged nothing more against the petitioner or anyone and she travelled in the captivity of the petitioner to several places including Delhi without making any protest.

Submission is that the matter is of love affairs and under pressure of the parents, the victim has stated whatever in the statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

No.17542 of 2018 (2) dt.30-03-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No. 618 of 2017 arising out of Bakhri Police Station Case No. 198 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
