One Jitendra Kumar was caught by the informant and other police officials while the said Jitendra Kumar was unloading ganja from a truck and the aforesaid co-accused Jitendra Kumar disclosed that seized Ganja belonged to Mahendra Prasad who happens to be father of the petitioner. The aforesaid co-accused Jitendra Kumar also disclosed that the petitioner was also engaged in unloading ganja. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also keeping in mind that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 17.9.2014, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge III,
