JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in Bakhari PS Case No. 154 of 2016 registered under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 325, 379 and 307/34 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No. 1 and the informant are full brothers, there is land dispute between both sides however police has not submitted charge-sheet under Section 307 IPC and the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Dinesh Yadav and Rupan Kumar are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) by both of them with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Begusarai in connection with Bakhri PS Case No. 154 of 2016.
