JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-11-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "1. That the petitioner above-named craves indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of appropriate order(s), direction(s), writ/writs, preferably in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the Respondent authority concerned, to allot the suitable M.I.G. Plot/house at Lohiya Nagar or any other place of Bihar State Housing Board, Patna to which petitioner has already been deposited Rs.2000/- through challan on 04.04.1981 after taking membership of Rs.10/- on dated 05.03.1981 as well as share of Rs.100/- in respect of Sonbhadra Sahyog Grih Nirman Samiti Ltd., Dariyapur, Patna i.e. total Rs.2130/- but till date no any plot has been allotted to the petitioner and old aged petitioner is being compelled to move from pillar to post due to the reason best known to the Respondent authority concerned." Patna High Court CWJC No.17717 of 2021(2) dt.24-11-2022 2/2 seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Bihar, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within 4 weeks from today, the respondent no. 2 shall pass necessary orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks, thereafter. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
