2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Warisalignaj P.S. Case No. 114/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399/402/414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B) (a), 35/26 of the Arms Act.

3. One countrymade pistol, live cartridges and one motorcycle have been recovered from the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 13.03.2024.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada/concerned court in connection with Warisalignaj P.S. Case No. 114/2024, subject to the condition

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59643 of 2024(3) dt.26-10-2024 2/2 that one of the petitioners shall be his blood relatives.

6. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Silaw police station on every Sunday of the month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
