JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Masaurhi P.S.Case No. 141 of 2016 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only suspicion is raised against four accused persons named in the FIR and similarly situated co-accused Nandu Ram is admitted to anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 08.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8253 of 2017.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Sanjay Ram, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 141 of 2016. (Arun Kumar, J) Sujit/- U T
