Rajan the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Durgesh Nandan the learned counsel for the informant and the learned APP.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the dead body of her son Md. Jahangir Alam @ Babloo was recovered from a canal. The informant suspected that Md. Saddulah Khan @ Sadullah Khan the petitioner and Saheb Khan had altercation with the deceased four months ago, must have killed her son.

It is submitted that there is no eye witness of the

Learned counsel for the informant very fairly submitted that except suspicion there is no material.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Pakaribarawan P.S.
