Petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for compassionate appointment.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that father of the petitioner died in harness on 4.10.2016. He was clerk in Government Indar Singh High School, Sherpur, Maner, Patna.

After death of bread earner, the petitioner approached the respondents for consideration of his case for compassionate

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Patna to place the case of the petitioner before the appropriate committee for consideration in the matter compassionate appointment at the earliest, preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
