JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-01-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in Alamnagar PS Case No. 241 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that due to land dispute the petitioners have falsely been implicated, there is case and counter case also between the parties. The allegation of assault is general and omnibus and the injuries on the persons of the injured are simple in nature. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Nunulal Yadav, Manohar Yadav and Pawan Yadav are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) by each one of them with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Alamnagar PS Case No. 241 of 2017.
