Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 01.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.40630/ 2021.

It is submitted that charge has already been framed in the case and some of the witnesses have also been examined. Petitioner is in custody since 09.08.2019.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Sitamarhi in connection with Suppi PS case No. 130/ 2019.
