The petitioner has been named in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused and even if the confessional statement of the co-accused is accepted to be true then also according to the aforesaid confessional statement the petitioner had not taken active part in commission of the dacoity rather he gave signal to other dacoits.

Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 155 of 2015 to the
