Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No.955 of 2013, filed for the offences under Sections 420, 406, 323 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to return back the advance money of Rs.5,51,000/- to the complainant in four equal installments. In view of the aforesaid submission, petitioner Kamla Prasad Singh is directed to be released on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
