2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 76, 109, 303(2), 324(4), 324(5), 352, 351(2) and 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. Free fight took place between the parties over dispute with regard to the encroachment in which both sides sustained injuries. There is case and counter case. Doctor has found simple injury. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for pre-arrest bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of all these petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Saran at Chapra in Akilpur Police Station case no. 21 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
