JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-04-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner states that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the final order for punishment has been passed by the department and the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the appellate authority. In view of the aforesaid, the appellate authority is directed to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner herein within a period of four weeks from today. It is needless to state that outstanding amount of subsistence allowance should be paid to the petitioner herein within a period of four weeks from today. The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
