In view of the aforesaid, the appellate authority is directed to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner herein within a period of four weeks from today. It is needless to state that outstanding amount of subsistence allowance should be paid to the petitioner herein within a period of four weeks from today. The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
