However, the same has not been received and a photo copy of the supplementary case-diary has been sent. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/363/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The victim girl in her statement, under Section 164 Cr.P.C. vide Annexure-2, has stated that she had voluntarily gone with the petitioner to Jammu & Kasmir and had married with him. Considering the statement of the victim girl, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3207 of 2018 (3) dt.15-03-2018 P2/ bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Suryapura P.S. Case No.98 of 2016, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
