====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE and HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 02-04-2018 Taking note of the order passed on 08.04.2017 in Letters Patent Appeal No.1100 of 2014 arising out of same order dated 22.07.2014 passed in CWJC No.13504 of 2010, we are of the considered view that when the LPA filed by corespondent no.9 in the original writ petition, namely Sri Rajeshwar Paswan, has already been dismissed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, for the grounds and reasons considered therein, we see no reason to make any indulgence now at the instance of the State Government. For the same consideration
