Statement of victim has been recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C. Although she has stated that co-accused Sanjay Kumar forcibly took her to Simla and the petitioner also accompanied coaccused but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that there was love affair between victim and co-accused Sanjay Kumar and the petitioner happens to be relative of co-accused Sanjay Kumar. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Randhir Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Danapur/ concerned court in Bikram P.S. Case no. 05/2015.
