====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 09-12-2016 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Perused the impugned order dated 03.07.2015 passed by Sub Judge I, Jehanabad in Partition Suit No.299 of 2014 whereby the learned Court below has allowed the application filed by the plaintiffs-respondents under Order I Rule 10 C.P.C. for adding the present petitioner as defendant in the partition suit. Admittedly, the petitioner has purchased a portion of the subject matter of the partition suit, therefore, the learned Court below on the application of the plaintiff has added him as party. Thus, I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous application is dismissed. (Mungeshwar Sahoo, J) Saurabh/- U T
