Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 307, 302, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.
It appears that co-accused Ravindra Singh and Briendra Singh @ Birendra Singh have been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.15636 of 2018 considering the fact that allegation of commission of assault to the deceased was against co-accused Suresh Singh, Ram Sakal Singh and Sahi Singh.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16916 of 2018 (2) dt.27-03-2018 bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sahebganj Police Station Case No.302 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
