The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the accused persons fired but no specific allegation is made against the petitioner. One Bunty Kumar was apprehended on chase who disclosed the name of the petitioner and other accused persons. Similarly situated accused Shankar Das has already been granted bail and the petitioner is in jail since 10.05.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Khushboo, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Patna in S.K.Puri P.S. Case No. 143/2015.
