JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-09-2017 The petitioner is aggrieved by an order, dated 30.01.2016, whereby she has been put under suspension. At the relevant point of time, the petitioner was a Panchayat Teacher under Gram Panchayat Raj Madhopatti, Keoti in the district of Darbhanga. The impugned order has been passed by the Panchayat Secretary, Gram Panchayat Raj, Madhopatti, Darbhanga.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that recently the order of suspension has been withdrawn but neither
