The application filed on behalf of petitioner No.2 is dismissed as withdrawn.
The petitioners No.1 and 3 to 6 are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioners No.1 and 3 to 6 caused death of the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners No.1 and 3 to 6 that the petitioners No.1 and 3 to 6 have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners No.1 and 3 to 6. The petitioners No.1 and 3 to 6 have falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner No.1 is the brother-in-law of the deceased, petitioner No.3 is the mother-in-law of the deceased, petitioner No.4 is the sister-in-law (Gotani) of the deceased and petitioners No.5 and 6 are the sisters-in-law (Nanad) of the deceased. They are separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. They have got no concern with the alleged occurrence.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners No.1 and 3 to 6, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. VIIth, Gopalganj in connection with Kuchaikot P.S. case No.303 of 2020, G.R. No.2641 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
