Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

1130 litres of Nepali liquor was allegedly recovered from the three house, including that of the petitioner. Prosecution report has been submitted in this case without proper inquiry. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charges or after completion of two months of custody, whichever is earlier on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty
