Petitioner is accused in connection with Roh P.S. Case No. 130 of 2020 registered under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. On perusal of seizure list, it appears that the illegal country made liquor has been recovered behind the house of one Prabhu Sah. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2020. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3171 of 2021(2) dt.24-03-2021 2/2 of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Nawada in connection with Roh P.S.
