The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 300 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Prosecution case in brief is that on the alleged date and time of occurrence, while the informant and his friend were going to Mithapur, on the way, two unknown persons came on Pulsar Bike and fired upon the informant from country made pistol and thereafter, they fled away. Informants suspects that this petitioner was involved in the said case, as prior to this occurrence, this petitioner threatened him of dire consequence. It is submitted that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on suspicion and he has got no concern with

However, counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner is named in the FIR and has got three criminal antecedents.

Considering the facts aforesaid and criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner abovenamed on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
