2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 49 of 2024 arising out of Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 08 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 494, 376 of the IPC and section 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per allegation, in the night of 08.12.2023, the minor daughter of the informant went missing. The informant has firm belief that the petitioner had kidnapped her minor daughter.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent. He has submitted

No.58648 of 2024(2) dt.22-08-2024 2/2 further that as per medical report, the age of the victim is about 19 years and she, in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., has stated that she has solemnized marriage with the petitioner. The petitioner is under custody since 22.02.2024.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner had kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special POCSO Court, Jehanabad in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 49 of 2024 arising out of Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 08 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
