This application has been filed for modification of order dated 10.05.2022 passed in Cr.Misc.No.65717 of 2021 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail but due to typographical mistake of Excise Case Number in bail petition as also occurred in the aforesaid order, the bail bond of the petitioner could not be accepted and time for surrender of the petitioner has also lapsed.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the statements made in the application, this modification application is allowed. The period for surrender of the petitioner is extended by four weeks from today. Let Excise Case No.221

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46140 of 2022(5) dt.19-10-2022 2/2 of 2021 be treated as Excise Case No.271 of 2021 in the last paragraph of order dated 10.05.2022.
