For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Dewendra Narayan Singh, Advocate For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Arbind Kr.Pandey (APP) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 30-09-2015 This is an application, made under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking bail for the accusedpetitioners, namely, Mongal Ram @ Mogal Ram and Vidyawati Devi, in connection with Ekma Police Station Case No.79 of 2015, under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra.

Perused the above application and materials on record.

Heard Mr. Dewendra Narayan Singh, learned Counsel, appearing for the petitioners, and Mr. Arbind Kumar Pandey, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the State.

Considering the nature of incriminating materials

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45407 of 2015 (2) dt.30-09-2015 2/2 available on record against the accused above-named, this Court is of the view that at this stage, the accused above-named shall not be allowed to go on bail.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the prayer for bail is hereby rejected at this stage. This bail application shall stand disposed of accordingly.
