2. In view of the stand taken in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of B.N. Mandal University and L.N. Mithila University, it transpires that the difference of salary has been paid to the petitioner from December, 2000 to December, 2005.
3. Learned counsel for the B.N. Mandal University submitted that he has instructions from the Vice Chancellor that the
Patna High Court CWJC No.7777 of 2017 dt.16-02-2018 2/2 same would be paid within four weeks.
4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the B.N. Mandal University to ensure that the commitment before the Court of paying the aforesaid amount within four weeks from today is strictly complied with and the petitioner would not have an occasion to move before the Court alleging disobedience of the order.
