2. The present petition is filed for restoration of Civil Misc. Case No. 358 of 2019 which was dismissed for want of prosecution by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ashwani Kumar Singh vide order dated 21.6.2019.

3. For the reasons assigned in Paragraph nos. 2 to 4 of the petition, the MJC No. 2676 of 2019 is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 500 to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

4. Accordingly, the C.Misc. No. 358 of 2019 is restored to its original file.
