The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 330 of 2021 corresponding to Special Case No. 27 of 2021 dated 11.07.2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 8, 20(b), (ii), C, 22, 23, 25, 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. From the house of the petitioner, 3.5 Kgs. of Ganja and 2 litres of liquor are said to have been recovered . However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that such recovery has been thrust upon him. He has clean antecedent and is in custody since 12.07.2021. Case No. 330 of 2021 corresponding to Spl. Case No. 27 of 2021.
