2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of dowry death and petitioner is the husband of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, while denying the allegations, submits that deceased was in depression and as such she committed suicide. There is no allegation of demand of dowry in the FIR.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and the fact
