08-11-2017 Heard Sri Ram Sumiran Rai, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 11. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C. No. 17963 of 2008, which stood dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 27-02-2017. By the said order, four weeks peremptory time was granted for filing supplementary affidavit. Since the order was not complied with, the writ petition stood dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that supplementary affidavit, in compliance with earlier order, was filed, but it was filed belatedly on 16-05-2017. Considering the facts and circumstances, the restoration petition is allowed.

Let C.W.J.C. No. 17963 of 2008 be restored to its original file.
