Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363,366A,504,506,34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR relates to kidnapping of the minor daughter of the informant by the petitioner and others. Submission is that the matter is of love affairs and both have solemnized marriage which would be evident from the affidavit, alongwith joint photographs sworn by the victim, at Annexure-2.
