2. Petitioners apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 324, 326, 332, 353, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3.Allegation against the petitioner is that she along with other accused persons attacked the police party who were returning from Remand House, Gaighat, Patna.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case she is not named in the FIR and she made accused in this case merely on the basis of her confessional statement.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submitted that she herself confessed her guilt in her confessional statement.
