Petitioners were apprehended after few hours of the occurrence from the vicinity of place of occurrence and further, taking into account their criminal antecedent prayer for bail was rejected vide order dated 08.04.2015 under Cr. Misc. No.49551 of 2014 (Annexure-1). From the report submitted by the learned P.O., it is evident that after framing of charge while one witness Pradeep Kumar was in attendance for evidence which could not be recorded on account of absence of co-accused Vijay Paswan whose bail bond, subsequently, been cancelled.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46500 of 2015 (4) dt.18-12-2015 In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner Dinesh Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned ADJ-V, Patna City in connection with Sessions Trial No.1025/1026 of 2014 arising out of Shahjahanpur P.S. Case No. 03 of 2014 with a condition that one of the bailor should be a government servant so that presence of petitioner should be available before the learned lower court till disposal of the trial.
