The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Spl. Case No. 05 of 2017 arising out of Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No 740 of 2017, registered for offences alleged under Sections 20/22 of the NDPS Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that altogether 700 grams of Ganja has been allegedly, recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal history. He further submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the seizure, in the present case, is not in accordance with law. Learned APP opposed the prayer for bail.
