Taking into consideration that petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased on whose person several injuries were found in course of post mortem examination and furthermore, dead body was recovered from the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial no. 38/2015 arising out of Kashichak P.S. Case no. 29/2014 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge I, Nawada stands rejected.
