Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks regular bail who is in custody since 13.04.2022 in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 14 of 2022 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 307/34 and 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of assaulting and causing fire arm injury to the nephew of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely implicated in the present

He further submits that there is no specific allegation of causing fire arm injury against the petitioner. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The allegation of causing fire arm injury is on coaccused Mukesh Yadav. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and also the fact that there is land dispute between the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM-III, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 14 of 2022.
