JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report but only suspicion has been raised against the petitioner and others on account of previous enmity. Moreover, co-accused Ashok Sharma and Deban Sharma have already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court and the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing as that of the aforesaid co-accused. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Shrinagar P.S.Case No. 50 of 2014.
