However, the appropriate authority is respondent no. 1, hence in the order dated 11.04.2018, the respondent no. 2 be depicted as respondent no. 1. In such view of the matter, it is directed that the respondent no. 2, referred to in the order dated 11.04.2018, be read as respondent no. 1.

In such view of the mater, the time for filing and disposal of the representation is extended by further period of two weeks from today.
