It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled on 12.6.2014 but subsequently, petitioner himself surrendered before court below on 15.6.2015 and since then he is languishing in jail custody. It would appear that petitioner has been made accused in Kashi Chak P.S. Case no. 16/1999 and, therefore, it is obvious that the above stated case was registered in the year 1999 and up till now, charge could not be framed. Furthermore, it would appear from perusal of the impugned order that learned Sessions Judge granted liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charge.

In the aforesaid circumstances, petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of

No.46087 of 2015 (2) dt.01-10-2015 the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sharad Chand Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Nawadah/ concerned court in trial no. 649/2015 arising out of Kashi Chak P.S. Case no. 16/1999 after framing of the charge in the aforesaid case.
