This application has been filed for a direction upon the respondents to trace/recover the son of the petitioner, who has been kidnapped by the criminals and for the same, Parsa P.S. Case No.86 of 2022 has been registered by the petitioner.

Pursuant to the earlier order dated 05.05.2025, the Station House Officer of Parsa Police Station and the Investigating Officer of the case have appeared in Court and they have informed the facts of the case to the Court.

It has been submitted by the Police officers that the alleged victim namely, Golu Kumar @ Golu Tiwari is one of the most wanted criminals of Saran district, his name is in the top ten list of most wanted criminals and there is a reward for his information and arrest.

In view of the aforesaid facts, it appears that the victim of the case namely, Golu Kumar @ Golu Tiwari has himself left the jurisdiction of Saran district. Further, in the present case the police has submitted the final form. 6.

In these circumstances, this application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps under law in view of submission of final form. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U
