2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Hisua P.S. Case No. 104/2024, registered for offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 329(3), 329(4), 109 and 3(5) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., on 14.02.2025, all the accused persons looted food-grains from the P.D.S. shop of informant, for which, he filed Hisua P.S. Case No. 94/2025. On 18.02.2025 about 11:00 P.M. all accused persons came at his door and broke the chain of door and threatened him to compromise the earlier case within seven days otherwise face dire consequence. They also abused him and fired in air.
