The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khudawa P.S. Case No. 56 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 279 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Amendment Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 27.08.2020.
