BAJANTHRI) 29-07-2024 In the instant writ petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1455 of 2024(3) dt.29-07-2024 2/3 "i. For issuance of writ in the nature of "Habeas Corpus" commanding the respondent no. 1 to 10 to produce the minor daughter of petitioner, Respondent No. 11 namely Gudiya Kumari who has been enticed and taken away by respondent no. 6 in collusion with respondent nos. 7 to 10 on 06.03.2024.
ii. For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents no. 1 to 5 to constitute a special team for doing proper investigation in the matter to trace the missing daughter of petitioner.
iii. For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 3 to 5 for providing adequate protection to the petitioner's family from Respondent no. 7 to 10.
iv. For issuance of any other writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions, which may be deemed fit in the facts and circumstances of the case."
2. Learned counsel for the respondents, on instruction, submitted that victim girl has been secured from Gurugram on 23.07.2024. Thereafter, she was produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate for recording of her statement under Section 183 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 on 24.07.2024. It is also submitted that victim girl is not prepared to join her parents, resultantly, she has been kept in Bal Grih (Balika), Madhubani.

3. Taking note of these facts and circumstances, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
