JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of petitioner came in this case on the basis of suspicion and, thereafter, the petitioner was arrested but admittedly, stolen articles have not been recovered from his conscious possession.
Moreover, it appears that except confessional statement of petitioner as well as so called footage of C.C.T.V, there is nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Parbatta P.S.Case No. 218 of 2015.
